Authorized Use:

Usage of logo is permitted for websites and all other forms of marketing materials, both print and digital.

Permitted Modifications:

The Government Directory of Zambia Commonwealth accreditation shall, under no circumstances, be edited in any way.

Duration of Use:

For 12 consecutive months from date of permission being granted for the use of the accreditaion logo

Compliance and Restrictions:

Any entity permitted to use the Government Directory of Zambia Commonwealth accredition logo must refrain from doing so in a misleading or deceptive manner, or associating it with products or services that haven't been accredited.

Termination of Use:

Government Directory of Zambia accrediting body reserves the right to revoke permission for logo use in the event of violation of terms, inaccurate representation, or non-renewal of accreditation.

Indemnification and Liability:

Unauthorized use of the Government Directory of Zambia Commonwealth accreditation logo will result in a lawsuit against the offending party.

Ownership and Intellectual Property:

The Government Directory of Zambia Commonwealth accreditation logo remains the property of the accrediting organization - Government Directory of Zambia, and the user does not gain any ownership rights by using it.
